EXPERIENCE

• Representing Saudi heavy machinery company in disputes for financial claims, filling law suits against contracting companies, representing the company before Saudi labor law court, enforcing the judgment and following up and providing legal advises, drafting contracts.
• Represented the clients in a financial claims dispute which led to three more cases, studied and reviewed the financial statement to match the balance, studied & reviewed the case file, filling the law suite before the court, drafting legal memo’s, appearing before the courts & enforcing the judgment and following up.
• Represented a well-known Saudi company in a labor dispute and revoking the judgment of appeal court, studied & reviewed the judgment issued by first circuit of commercial court, drafted legal appeal memos and discussed in that regard appearing before the appeal courts
• Representing a client in a traffic case before the general court, studied & reviewed the case file, reconsidering the case as the case was submitted before the corona covid period, following up with the relevant authorities in obtaining the relevant documents for filing the law suit and the gathering evidences, drafting the legal memo’s, appearing before the appearing sessions, appearing before the appeal court enforcement of the judgment.
